One of the things that kept coming up when I asked my clients what I could do that would be the greatest benefit to them besides getting their home sold. The first thing they said was " why can't you cut that commission down to reason, it's simply too much".

Well, after analyzing and pushing figures around, I came up with The Seller Advantage, a reasonable way to satisfy my clients and stay in business. I offer sellers a variety of choices to select from. This puts the seller in the drivers seat.

Plan Includes: Multiple Listing Service, For Sale Sign, Flyer Mailbox,  Electronic Lock Box, Internet Advertising, and Agent Representation.
